Return Policy

Products purchased through the Sites may only be returned in accordance with BigBoysToys Company Limited’s Returns and Cancellations Policy, all sales are final. To initiate a return, please send to info@bigboystoys.com.hk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for all returns. All returns must cause by missing parts, physical and/or electronic damage of the product (malfunctions, abnormal reaction…etc), costumers must inform our customer service about the reasons within 3 days of receiving the product to initiate return, photo and delivery notes may require during the process. BigBoystoys Company Limited will not responsible for the shipping and delivery charges of the return and exchange trips, no refunds will be made, all sales are final. It is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage the product; certain electronic products and services require compatible devices, Internet access, and certain software; may require periodic updates; and may be affected by the performance of these factors. You agree that meeting these requirements, which may change from time to time, is your responsibility. 6 months of warranty may apply to electronic parts, all shipping and delivery costs are not included. After the warranty expired, repairing charges will be charged which varies by the damaging level and area.
